Most Race Wins:
Dave Silverton had the most Class 1 race wins with 14, followed by Graeme Cameron with 10, and Tony Cross with 8.
Class 2 race wins were pretty evenly shared, with 7-a-piece to Peter Boel, Phil Foulkes and Grant Campbell, and Lindsay Porter and Mike Lee each taking 3 race wins.
Most Races Raced:
Mike Cresswell and Vic Clark were the only two drivers that took the starters orders for all the seasons races…and Mike finished them all too.
Fastest Laps:
Dave Silverton recorded the fastest Class 1 lap four times throughout the season, closely followed by Graeme Cameron on 3. Tony Cross had two fastest laps, and Phil Foulkes recorded one fastest lap.
In Class 2, Phil Foulkes set three fastest lap weekends, followed by Grant Campbell and Peter Boel with two fastest laps, and rounded off with Mike Lee setting one fastest lap at the second NZFMR Festival weekend.
Sub-73:
Two drivers made sub-73-second laps of Hampton Downs this season – Phil Foulkes (VDRF85) 1:12.687, and Dave Silverton (PRS) 1:12.933.
